Midi Health provides virtual menopause care to women throughout Colorado. Whether you live in Denver, Colorado Springs, Aurora, Fort Collins, Boulder, Lakewood, Pueblo, Grand Junction, or a smaller community anywhere in the state, you can access expert perimenopause and menopause care from home. Because appointments are conducted virtually, there's no need to travel to a specialty clinic—making it easier to get personalized treatment and support wherever you are in Colorado.

What should I expect on my first visit with a Colorado-licensed Midi clinician?

How does Midi handle in-person care in Colorado, such as labs, Pap tests, and mammograms?

Your Midi clinician will work with you to make sure you’re up to date on your in-person care, including Paps and mammograms. If you need testing, we’ll direct you to a facility in Colorado that’s convenient for you. For bloodwork, Midi generally uses Labcorp because it has a vast network of drop-in locations, but we can order tests elsewhere if you prefer. Just let us know in your health questionnaire if there’s a specific facility you’d like us to use.

Once your tests are completed, your clinician will review your results and make changes to your Care Plan if needed. We will reach out to you if it’s necessary to talk through your results in a follow-up visit.

Does Midi offer both hormonal and non-hormonal treatments in Colorado?

Yes! Midi believes in individualized care, so we recommend treatments based on your symptoms, your unique medical history, and your personal approach to health. Not every woman should take hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or wants to, so we draw from the full range of alternative solutions. We may recommend non-hormonal medications, supplements and botanicals, and/or wellness therapies (eg, acupuncture, cognitive behavior therapy, yoga), instead of HRT or alongside it. We also coach you on simple but effective lifestyle shifts around sleep, mindfulness, nutrition, and exercise. Finally, we consider a variety of safe and effective non-hormonal prescription medications which can bring relief without HRT.
