Book a Visit with Me

Seeing the full picture: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2012, starting as a nurse and moving into an advanced role in family care in 2020. My background includes caring for patients across the lifespan in home care, nursing homes, and hospital settings, with a lot of experience in internal medicine and primary care, as well as psychiatry, mental health, and infectious disease management. Working in primary care, I saw firsthand how often women’s experiences in perimenopause and menopause were overlooked or minimized, and that’s what drew me to Midi."

Making space to be heard: "Before joining Midi, I cared for many women navigating life-changing symptoms with little support, limited resources, and not nearly enough time to truly be heard. That stayed with me. Now, I make it a point to slow down, listen closely, and fully understand what each patient is going through, because that’s the kind of care I would want for myself."

Listening as care: "My philosophy is always to listen to my patient. Women know what they’re experiencing, and they deserve to be taken seriously. I never dismiss concerns, I work with my patients to find answers and real solutions."

Backed by knowledge, driven by purpose: "What inspires me most about my work at Midi is having access to a community of professionals and evidence-based resources dedicated to women’s midlife health. It means I can offer thoughtful, informed care to women who have gone too long without the support they deserve."
