Decades in women’s health: "I’ve been a nurse since 1996 and a nurse practitioner since 2000, focused on women’s health since beginning my advanced clinical role. I spent 19 years in gynecology and urogynecology, and over the last six years, I’ve focused on menopause and perimenopause care. That depth of experience allows me to meet women where they are, especially during times of big hormonal change."
Care that changes lives beyond the clinic: "One evening at a restaurant, a patient and her husband came up to me to say thank you. She told me how much better she felt—more engaged, more like herself—and how that had transformed not just her daily life, but her marriage and family, too. Moments like that stay with me. They’re a powerful reminder that when we help women feel better, the impact reaches far beyond the individual."
Care rooted in lived experience: "As a woman going through menopause myself, I understand what my patients are experiencing in a very real way. It shapes how I listen, validate symptoms, and partner with women in their care."
Helping women thrive: "My approach is simple, I want women to feel their very best at every stage of life. At Midi, that means going beyond menopause care to support the whole person. Perimenopause and menopause can feel overwhelming, but with the right support, they can also be a time of renewal. I’m here to help women move through it with confidence and feel like themselves again."
