A passion for women’s health: "I became a nurse in 2015 and a nurse practitioner in 2021. My background includes labor and delivery and reproductive health, but I felt midlife was an untapped area of women’s health. I joined Midi because I wanted to help women optimize their health and feel their best during this important time of life."
Helping women feel like themselves again: "One patient told me she hadn’t felt like herself in years. Together, we created a plan to address her perimenopause symptoms, reach a healthy weight, and complete her preventive testing. When we reached the goals we had set together, she cried and told me she didn’t think it was possible to feel her best at her age. That moment reminded me how meaningful it is to help women see what’s possible."
Listening first, planning together: "I start by giving women space to share their experience. Then I make sure I understand the full picture before collaborating on a plan that addresses their symptoms and supports both their physical and mental health. I want every woman to feel heard, respected, understood, and educated—and to leave each visit with hope."
