Book a Visit with Me

Committed to whole-person care: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2004, and in 2016, I earned my doctorate in nursing. My career has taken me through intermediate intensive care, leadership roles as a supervisor of healthcare providers, and teaching undergraduate students at major universities. Over my career, I’ve had extensive experience working in primary care and regenerative medicine."

Listening as the foundation: "Early on in my schooling, I learned that caring for patients means seeing the whole person—not just the physical symptoms, but the social, emotional, and psychological layers that shape health. That lesson stayed with me. Building trust, listening deeply, and understanding who someone is beyond their chart has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work."

Why women’s health, why Midi: "Caring for women in midlife requires time, attention, and truly therapeutic listening. I was drawn to Midi because it allows space to focus on women’s health in a way traditional primary care often doesn’t. I’m inspired by the shared strength and unique experiences women bring into this stage of life, and I’m passionate about helping them navigate it with clarity and confidence."

Focused on fixing: "My care philosophy is simple: listen with intention and don’t stop until we find solutions. I’m tenacious by nature and approach treatment planning with a ‘how do we fix it?’ mindset. Patients often tell me they feel heard, supported, and on the right track, and that’s exactly how I want them to leave every visit."
