Book a Visit with Me

A broad clinical background: "I became a nurse in 2004 and a nurse practitioner in 2010. Since then, I’ve worked in family practice, urgent care, ICU, and geriatric care. Gynecology has always been part of my everyday work throughout my career, giving me extensive experience caring for women through many stages of life."

Feeling heard matters: "So many women simply want to know they’re being heard and understood, and that they’re not going crazy. Being in a similar stage of life helps me relate to my patients and understand some of the struggles they’re experiencing. I find it incredibly rewarding to give women the time and space to express their concerns and validate that their feelings are real."

Treating the whole person: "I believe in caring for the body, mind, and soul. Every aspect of a patient matters, and I want to understand the whole person rather than focus on just one symptom."

Finding the right path together: "I always start by listening and understanding what matters most to each patient, then prioritizing their concerns and discussing appropriate options. That may include hormonal or non-hormonal treatments. My goal is to give women the information and choices they need to make the decision that feels right for them, and ultimately help them feel like themselves again."
