A career dedicated to women’s health: "I began my healthcare career in 2004, starting in labor and delivery before moving into an OB/GYN physician’s office while finishing my degree. In 2009, I joined Cleveland Clinic in OB/GYN care, and in 2018 I transitioned into a broader women’s health focus at the same medical center. Growing within the same health system gave me the opportunity to care for women across many stages of life and truly understand their evolving needs."

From listening to treating: "Becoming an advanced practice care provider changed how I showed up for my patients. I had always listened closely, but now I could actively treat the symptoms so many women were told to ignore — heavy or irregular bleeding, hot flashes, mood swings, weight gain. What stayed with me most was how often women felt dismissed and resigned to suffering because their labs were ‘normal.’ They were told nothing was wrong, yet they didn’t feel like themselves."

Validation as medicine: "When a woman sits down with me, I want her to feel heard immediately. I start by validating her experience. Symptoms matter, even when lab results don’t tell the whole story. My approach is thoughtful and individualized — we look at the full picture and create a plan together. No one should feel invisible in their own healthcare."
