Finding my path: "I became a nurse in 2012 and a nurse practitioner in 2016, and most of my experience has been concentrated in primary care. Over time, I found a love for women’s health and weight management. I kept hearing from women who felt their concerns weren’t being heard, whether they were dealing with PCOS, menopause, or other changes affecting their health. Helping them feel understood became the work I was drawn to most."
Creating space to open up: "It’s incredibly humbling when women feel comfortable sharing some of their deepest concerns and fears with me. I want every patient to have the comfort and confidence to truly open up. I start every visit by asking, 'What brought you here, and what questions do you have?' I believe listening is where good care begins."
Meeting you where you are: "My care philosophy is simple: I meet patients where they are. There may be an option for medication, but if someone wants to explore supplements, nutrition, or lifestyle changes, I want us to make that decision together. My goal is to create a plan that feels comfortable, realistic, and right for each individual."
Changing lives: "The gratification of changing someone’s life in so many ways—physically and mentally, improving their health and relationships—is the best feeling ever."
