A foundation in women’s health: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2012, starting as a nurse in labor and delivery, postpartum, and medical-surgical units before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2018. My experience spans reproductive endocrinology and infertility, urgent care, and primary care, all of which have shaped how I care for women across different stages of life."
Filling a critical gap: "I joined Midi because I’m passionate about improving care for women in midlife. There’s such a significant unmet need in menopause and perimenopause care, and I love being part of a team that’s making support more accessible—helping women feel heard, understood, and properly treated."
Listening as care: "My philosophy is to always listen first. I believe in evidence-based care, but just as importantly, I focus on validating each patient’s experience, especially in areas where women have historically been dismissed. I see care as a partnership, where we talk through options and build a plan that truly fits a patient’s goals and lifestyle."
What keeps me going: "The most inspiring part of my work is hearing patients say they finally feel heard or that they’re getting their quality of life back. That transformation is what makes this work so meaningful to me."
