From bedside to broader impact: "I began my nursing career in 2020, working in cardiac progressive and neuro progressive units. Those experiences shaped my ability to stay calm, think critically, and advocate for my patients. In 2023, I stepped into an advanced clinical role and spent two years in family medicine, deepening my commitment to whole-person care."
The moment that changed me: "Becoming a mother in July 2025 was a turning point for me. As a first-time mom who was scared of childbirth, I received care that felt insensitive and dismissive. I remember thinking that women deserve better, especially in their most vulnerable moments. That experience inspired me to work primarily with women and help bridge the gaps in healthcare that too often leave them feeling unheard."
Listening as medicine: "When I care for women in midlife, I start by listening. Symptom relief and treatment planning begin with validation. So many women have been told their symptoms are just stress or just aging. I want my patients to feel heard, believed, and supported.
I’m also the author of Pom Through It, a children’s book that teaches kids that life will get hard—and when it does, you keep going. That message carries into my clinical work, too. Resilience grows when someone stands beside you, and I’m honored to be that steady presence for the women I serve."
