Book a Visit with Me

Bringing the whole person into focus: "My healthcare background is in adult primary care, chronic condition management, disease prevention, and caring for patients who need the most support. After over 20 years in the healthcare industry, I became a nurse practitioner in 2021 because I wanted to do more than connect people with resources—I wanted to be able to treat them with proven therapies that support their overall health."

Making space for better care: "I was drawn to women’s health because women deserve more attention, better access, fairness, and effective treatment options. I especially value bringing my adult health background into midlife care, because many of the challenges women experience during this stage of life can intersect with chronic conditions."

Asking the right questions: "One patient experience reinforced something I learned early in my career: ask the right questions, dig deeper, and assess the person in front of you. During what could have been a routine women’s health visit, I took a more preventive approach and ordered annual bloodwork. That led to an early diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes and helped get her on a path toward better health."

Getting to the root: "I approach symptom relief as a whole. Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, I want to understand who my patient is clinically and physically, then explore how different symptoms may connect before developing an effective, individualized treatment plan."
