Supporting women through every phase: "I’ve been caring for patients since 2009, beginning my nursing career in medical-surgical care before gaining experience in day surgery, NICU, nursery, and mother-baby units. In 2021, I became a nurse practitioner and transitioned into women’s health, working at Planned Parenthood, a federally qualified health center, and a women’s health clinic on an Air Force base. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about supporting women through every stage of life and helping them better understand their health."

The power of being heard: "Early in my practice as a nurse practitioner focused on women's health, I cared for a woman who had spent years struggling with fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, and mood changes. She had seen multiple providers and was repeatedly told her symptoms were simply part of aging. After taking the time to listen to her story and discuss how perimenopause could be contributing to what she was experiencing, we created a plan together that aligned with her goals. Months later, she told me, ‘I finally feel like myself again.’ That experience reinforced something I believe deeply: being heard and validated can be just as powerful as any treatment."

Care that fits the individual: "My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. Every woman’s experience of midlife is different, and I believe care should reflect her symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and priorities. I strive to create a space where patients feel comfortable discussing concerns they may have hesitated to bring up elsewhere."

Education as empowerment: "I joined Midi because of its commitment to closing the gap in midlife women’s healthcare and making expert care more accessible. Whether we’re discussing hormone therapy, non-hormonal options, lifestyle changes, or preventive care, I want my patients to understand their choices and feel confident in their decisions. My goal is for every woman to leave our visit feeling heard, supported, and equipped with a clear plan for moving forward."
