Book a Visit with Me

A foundation in care: "I’ve been working in healthcare since 2009, starting my career as an operating room nurse, where I spent nearly a decade supporting patients through surgical care. I became a nurse practitioner in 2015 and went on to work in primary care, urgent care, community health centers, and occupational health. Early in my career, I often served as the primary provider for women’s health visits, which sparked a deeper connection to this work."

Seeing the whole picture: "One of my earliest patients came in for a routine pap exam, and something didn’t look right. I wasn’t able to complete the exam, but I trusted my instincts and helped coordinate her care—connecting her with a gynecologic oncologist, sharing records, and helping navigate insurance challenges. She was ultimately diagnosed with cancer and received timely treatment. That experience stayed with me. It reinforced the importance of listening closely, acting thoughtfully, and helping patients move through barriers to get the care they need."

Filling a gap: "Joining Midi felt personal and purposeful. In traditional primary care, menopause is often brushed aside or referred out. I wanted to be part of changing that—to create a space where women feel heard, validated, and supported through a stage of life that’s too often overlooked."

Care that listens: "My approach is simple: listen first. I focus on understanding what’s really going on, exploring symptoms in context, and working collaboratively to find solutions that feel right for each patient. I believe in treating the whole person and making care feel both accessible and empowering."
