Drawn to women’s health: "I began my healthcare career in 2013 in labor and delivery, and from the very beginning, I felt called to care for women. Over the years, my path led me into primary care and integrative medicine, where I developed a deep interest in hormonal health. I earned my master’s degree in 2020, but my passion for women’s midlife health truly grew from both clinical experience and my own journey through perimenopause."

When women feel unheard: "I’ve seen how dramatically hormone changes can affect a woman’s life—her mood, sleep, energy, weight, confidence, even her sense of self. Too often, women are told their symptoms are just stress or aging. I believe they deserve better. They deserve answers, options, and someone who will truly listen."

Care that feels collaborative: "My approach is rooted in shared decision-making and education. I use evidence-based treatment plans, but I never lose sight of the individual sitting in front of me. Every woman’s goals, history, and comfort level matter. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free, where no question is too small."

Helping women feel like themselves again: "What inspires me most is seeing a woman regain her energy and confidence once her symptoms are addressed. Knowing I can help her get her life back is incredibly meaningful to me. It’s an honor to do this work every day at Midi."
