Book a Visit with Me

Finding my purpose: "I began working in healthcare in 2009, starting in urgent care and caring for patients across the lifespan. My experience includes working with people facing acute medical concerns, supporting psychiatric patients, and helping women navigate hormonal changes. My passion for women’s health led me to Midi, where I can advocate for women during a stage of life that is often misunderstood and overlooked."

Learning close to home: "My interest in midlife women’s health began with my own mother. As she experienced symptoms of perimenopause, our family realized how little information was available about what women should expect during this transition. That experience inspired me to learn more—not only for my mother, but also for myself, my sisters, my aunts, and the women I care for every day."

Showing up in difficult moments: "One experience that shaped my approach to care was helping a patient through a mental health crisis. Being fully present, listening, and helping that patient feel safe reinforced the importance of meeting people where they are. I do not simply show up as a provider. I show up as an advocate, a partner, and another person willing to work through challenges together."

A shared plan: "My philosophy is simple: treat others as you wish to be treated. I take time to truly get to know my patients, understand their symptoms, and create a thoughtful plan that feels safe and manageable. I want every patient to leave our visits feeling heard, respected, and confident that we have a plan and that we are moving forward together."
