Building a foundation of care: "I became a nurse practitioner in 2020, and my clinical experience includes urgent care and family practice. I joined Midi after my own experience with the platform and seeing how much more access women need to perimenopause and menopause care."
Helping women feel heard: "I believe listening to a woman’s lived experience is one of the most important parts of care. I want every patient to feel heard, empowered, and relieved that there are options for managing symptoms rather than simply being told to deal with them."
Advocating for better care: "Women deserve proactive education and support as they move through midlife. I believe we need more conversations about perimenopause and menopause, along with better education and screening in both gynecology and primary care. Women need to know symptoms to monitor for and how to discuss them so that they can receive the care they deserve."
Looking toward the future: "There is still a lot of advocacy and societal education needed surrounding midlife women’s health. I’m passionate about helping women have these conversations, understand their options, and feel empowered to make informed decisions about their health—not only for themselves, but for the generations of women who come after them."
