Book a Visit with Me

Rooted in women’s care: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2017, starting as a nurse with my entire bedside career in maternal child health, focusing on labor and delivery. In 2024, I became a nurse practitioner. Along the way, I also worked in plastic surgery centers, which I truly enjoyed, but women’s health has always been where I feel most at home. I joined Midi to deepen my knowledge and help close the care gaps that exist for women beyond the childbearing years."

A moment that stayed with me: "One experience I’ll never forget is a couple who came to me in tears after being referred by a sex therapist. Their relationship was struggling, and they felt stuck. After starting the wife on hormone therapy, they returned 90 days later and told me I had saved their marriage. That moment reinforced how life-changing this work can be."

Listening first, always: "I focus on listening to my patients, not just their numbers. I use evidence-based care to guide treatment, but I never lose sight of the person in front of me. My goal is real symptom relief that helps women feel like themselves again."

Growing alongside my patients: "I’m inspired by the opportunity to represent my community and improve women’s lives through Midi’s work in perimenopause and menopause. Outside of work, I’m a gardener and mini homesteader, and I truly believe that what we put into our bodies shapes how we feel every day."
