Book a Visit with Me

Drawn to women’s health: "I’ve been working in healthcare since 2015, when I became a nurse and began caring for patients in acute care rehabilitation, cardiology, and inpatient hospital settings. Those early experiences exposed me to a wide range of health concerns and helped shape my holistic approach to care. In 2021, I transitioned to an advanced care position and continued my work in family medicine, supporting patients across many stages of life."

The kind of provider I want to be: "Early in my career, I felt drawn to women’s health in part because of my own experience navigating infertility and feeling brushed aside during that journey. That experience stayed with me. It inspired me to be the voice I wish I had during that time. Someone who listens closely, validates concerns, and ensures women feel seen and supported."

Closing the gap: "Conversations around menopause, weight, and aging can feel vulnerable for many women. I approach these topics with care and empathy, creating a space where patients feel safe sharing the real, sometimes messy details of what they’re experiencing without fear of judgment."

Rethinking the menopause narrative: "Menopause is not one-size-fits-all. My goal is to work with each woman to create a thoughtful, personalized plan that fits her symptoms, health history, and goals so she can feel confident and supported through this stage of life."
