Book a Visit with Me

Caring for the overlooked: "I began my nursing career after graduating nursing school in 2010. I later earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019 and my Master’s in Nursing before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2022. Before joining Midi, I worked in internal medicine, where I saw firsthand how often women’s symptoms were dismissed or overlooked. That experience made me passionate about helping women feel heard and supported."

Helping women reach their goals: "One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing women regain confidence in themselves and their health. I love helping patients reach their goals, whether that means improving daily symptoms, feeling more energized, or working with GLP-1 medications as part of a personalized plan for wellness and weight management. From hormones, to weight gain, to caring for parents and children, midlife can bring a great amount of stress. I love helping women feel in control and view midlife as an opportunity for growth, not a setback."

Guidance with compassion: "When patients come to me feeling frustrated or unheard, I focus on listening first. I want women to feel reassured, understood, and guided through every step of their care. My goal is for each patient to leave a visit feeling supported, empowered, and confident that we are working together toward lasting health and symptom relief."
