A breadth of clinical experience: "I started my career as a labor and delivery nurse, where I quickly fell in love with women’s health. I’ve always had a passion for health more broadly, especially nutrition and the ways we can support the body from the inside out. I went on to study functional nutrition, including gut health, microbiome testing, and targeted supplementation."

Finding passion in women’s health: "After having my two children, I returned to school and earned my Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner from the University of Southern California. I then worked at a federally qualified health center, caring for patients across the spectrum of general and women’s health. That experience taught me so much, but it also made me realize that I wanted a deeper understanding of how to best care for women through perimenopause and menopause. That realization led me to pursue additional education and as I learned more, I knew I had found my passion."

Empowering through care: "Joining Midi has been such a wonderful fit because I get to bring together all of the areas of health I love—hormone therapy, weight management, longevity, nutrition, supplementation, exercise, and preventive care. I believe in looking at the whole picture and building a personalized approach that starts with the basics and uses medication when it can meaningfully help. My goal is to help women not simply feel better, but to understand their health, feel empowered in their decisions, and thrive through every stage of life."
