Book a Visit with Me

From critical care to prevention: "I began my healthcare career in 2011 in the ICU, where I spent a decade caring for critically ill patients. While that work shaped me deeply, I felt a growing pull to meet patients earlier in their health journeys—before multiple conditions took hold. That desire led me to shift toward primary and preventive care."

Listening for the quiet signals: "Over time, I began noticing recurring, often-overlooked patterns among women in their peri- and menopausal years: poor sleep, mood changes, irregular cycles, weight gain. Individually, they seemed subtle, but together, they told a much bigger story. I saw how often women tolerate discomfort for years, putting themselves last, only seeking care once long-term risks like heart disease or bone loss are already in motion. That realization changed how I approach care."

Care as partnership: "My philosophy is to tailor evidence-based care to the individual in front of me. Some patients want prescription options, others prefer non-hormonal supports or lifestyle changes. Most want a thoughtful mix. I believe in shared decision-making, thorough listening, and building care plans with patients, not for them."

Feeling like yourself again: "A patient once told me, ‘I finally feel like myself again!’ I carry that with me. After a visit, I want every woman to feel heard, comforted, and empowered—because when women feel supported, they take back control of their health."

Why Midi: "Midi being founded by women, for women, matters to me. It’s time women are centered in medicine, and I’m proud to be part of care that truly reflects that."
