Book a Visit with Me

From hospital halls to whole-person care: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2014, starting as a registered nurse in the hospital setting where I worked as both a staff nurse and charge nurse. I became a nurse practitioner in 2019 and spent several years in OB/GYN before moving into primary care, where I managed women’s health, weight concerns, and chronic disease. Somewhere along the way, I started noticing a theme I couldn’t ignore—too many women in midlife beginning to feel symptoms they had never felt before and felt as if something deeper was going on instead of just ‘stress’ and ‘normal aging.’ That’s what ultimately led me to Midi."

The moment that changed how I practice: "I’ll never forget a patient who looked at me after we worked through her symptoms together and said, ‘you changed my life.’ Not because of anything dramatic, but because she finally felt heard and like herself again. She had answers, a plan, and someone actually taking her seriously. Those moments are everything, and they’re why I do what I do."

Real listening, not rushed guessing: "I believe women deserve to feel heard, validated, and genuinely supported—especially during midlife, when things can feel like their bodies are suddenly speaking a new language without giving them the translation guide. My approach is personal, thoughtful, and rooted in getting to the ‘why,’ not just checking boxes."

Putting the puzzle pieces together: "When a patient comes in with brain fog, weight changes, or sleep that’s gone completely rogue, I start by learning her story—what life actually looks like day to day, not just what’s on paper. From there, I look at hormones, metabolism, sleep, and inflammation, and build a plan that fits her life, not the other way around. That might include hormone therapy, nutrition, movement, or small sustainable shifts, because the goal isn’t just to ‘get by,’ it’s to feel like yourself again."
