A foundation in listening: "I became a nurse in 2010 and a nurse practitioner in 2018. I’ve had the honor of caring for patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to adults. I spent eight years in oncology before moving into hospice and palliative medicine, and later family practice and internal medicine. Those experiences shaped me deeply. In palliative care, one question stayed with me: what are you willing to go through to get more time—and what will that time look like? That lens taught me to center every conversation around what matters most to each individual."
Whole-person care, always: "I joined Midi because it offers a holistic approach to a population that is too often underserved. Women in midlife bring wisdom, humor, strength, and so much heart to the world. When symptoms start to dull that spark, it’s incredibly meaningful to help restore quality of life. This is a normal transition, and it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming."
Clear goals, thoughtful plans: "My care philosophy is simple: I want every patient to feel heard, understood, and confident that their care plan reflects their goals. I approach treatment planning with safety and efficacy in mind, always considering personal history, risk factors, and what improvement would truly look like for that woman. Together, we build a plan that supports both longevity and joy."
