Finding my path in women’s health: “I’ve been a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner since 2021, but my healthcare journey began long before that. Since 2009, I’ve worked as a Registered Nurse in the NICU and operating room, which gave me a strong clinical foundation before I pivoted to focus fully on women’s health. Becoming a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner has been especially meaningful to me, helping me help women navigate midlife with confidence, knowledge, and support.”
The importance of staying up to date: “I’ve met dozens of women who were told by previous providers that nothing could be done for their symptoms—not because the issues weren’t real, but because their clinicians didn’t have the training or up-to-date knowledge to help. That lit a fire in me. I never want a patient to feel dismissed or hopeless. I’m here to offer evidence-based care and up-to-date guidance rooted in what matters most to each woman.”
Empowerment is everything: “I chose to work at Midi because their commitment to truly personalized, evidence-based care is exactly how I practice. I focus on education, collaboration, and helping women feel seen and empowered, whether it’s through managing menopause, addressing weight changes, or reclaiming joy in midlife.”
