Book a Visit with Me

Finding my way to women’s health: "Even as a child, I knew my calling was to care for women, wherever they are, whatever they’re facing, and that purpose continues to guide my work. I began my healthcare career in 2014 in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, working both as a staff nurse and a travel nurse in NICUs across the country. In 2019, I completed my master’s degree in nursing and began practicing as a midwife. For nearly six years, I cared for women across the lifespan, with a strong focus on family planning and sexual health, often working with patients who faced real barriers to essential care."

Agency changes lives: "One of the most meaningful things a patient has ever told me is that my care helped them take control of their life, and change it for the better. I carry that with me every day. Even when my schedule feels routine, I remind myself that this visit might be the moment someone finally feels supported, understood, and empowered."

Care that listens first: "I believe in empathetic, nonjudgmental, and compassionate care. I start by giving patients the space to tell their story and share what improvement looks like to them. From there, we prioritize concerns together, talk through options, and build a plan grounded in evidence, education, and realistic expectations. I care deeply about honoring autonomy and treating the whole person, not just symptoms."

Closing the menopause care gap: "Midlife care was always calling to me, and joining Midi felt like the right moment to focus on an area of women’s health that has long been misunderstood. I’m proud to be part of a team expanding access, knowledge, and thoughtful care for women navigating this transition."
