Combining care strategies: "I began my healthcare career in Southern California in 2008 on a cancer unit, where I learned how deeply physical health is intertwined with emotional and spiritual wellbeing. From 2011 to 2016 I practiced internal medicine, followed by several years in functional medicine. Along the way, my desire to understand true healing more fully led me to study classical Indian yoga, psychology, healing traditions, and the art of dance."

Listening that makes an impact: "I am also trained as a health and wellness coach, which has deeply shaped how I work with patients. Active listening is central to my care. When women are truly heard, they often already carry the wisdom and solutions within themselves. My role is to create space for that expression and help translate it into personalized, holistic care that feels supportive and actionable."

Digging deeper: "I have cared for many patients whose symptoms were not resolved through a traditional allopathic approach alone. Exploring root causes can be transformative, whether that means identifying hidden contributors like toxin exposure or understanding how stress and lifestyle are impacting the body. I have seen women regain momentum simply by being heard and encouraged, then taking empowered steps toward movement, nourishment, and change."

Midlife as a beginning: "I see midlife as an initiation into a new chapter, one where women can step out of societal roles and more fully into themselves. I strive to be positive, encouraging, and deeply collaborative, because healing happens best when women feel hopeful, capable, and in control of their health."
