Helping women feel heard: "I became a nurse in 2013 and a women’s health nurse practitioner in 2020. My career has included work in public health, primary care, and women’s health, including roles with the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, ChristianaCare, and Crozer. Those experiences showed me how often women put their own health last while caring for children, partners, parents, and everyone around them. I joined Midi because I believe every woman deserves compassionate care, a listening ear, and support through perimenopause and menopause."
Listening first: "Throughout my career, I’ve met countless women who felt dismissed or were told their symptoms were ‘all in their head.’ Hearing those stories shaped my passion for women’s health. I want my patients to feel seen, heard, and understood. I give them space to share their experiences fully before we explore solutions together."
Care that fits real life: "My approach is rooted in holistic care, patient empowerment, and health equity. I combine compassionate advocacy with evidence-based care and ongoing education so patients can make informed decisions about their health."
Personalized paths forward: "When treating perimenopause and menopause symptoms, I focus on understanding the whole person. I start by listening carefully, reviewing symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and personal goals. Together, we prioritize the symptoms that are having the biggest impact and create a treatment plan that fits each woman’s life, preferences, and budget—whether that includes hormone therapy, non-hormonal options, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches."
