A lifelong focus on women’s care: "I’ve spent my entire career caring for women. I became a nurse in 2008 and worked in labor and delivery and postpartum for five years, supporting women during some of the most meaningful and vulnerable moments of their lives. In 2013, I stepped into an advanced practice role in women’s health and continued dedicating my career to caring for women."
Hearing the same story again and again: "Over the years, I began noticing a pattern. More and more women were coming to me with concerns about their hormonal health during perimenopause and menopause—but many of them shared the same experience. They had been told their symptoms were ‘normal,’ their concerns were dismissed, or they left appointments without real answers. Seeing how often this happened made me passionate about making sure women finally get the care and attention they deserve during this stage of life."
Listening first: "When patients come to see me, my first priority is making sure they feel heard. I believe listening closely and taking symptoms seriously is the foundation of good care. Too often, women have been told to simply push through changes that are significantly affecting their quality of life."
Care that fits every woman: "Hormonal health during perimenopause and menopause is never one-size-fits-all. My approach is to tailor care to each woman’s unique symptoms and goals so we can create a clear path forward together. When a visit ends, I want my patients to leave feeling heard, empowered, and hopeful about what’s ahead."
