Book a Visit with Me

Caring for women across a lifetime: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2012. I earned my nursing, master’s, and doctoral degrees at the University of California, San Francisco. My clinical background spans women’s health and midwifery in federally qualified health centers, private and group practices, and hospital-based care. I’ve always been drawn to the remarkable ways women’s bodies change and adapt, from menstruation and pregnancy to midlife and menopause, and I feel honored to walk alongside women through every phase."

Support during pivotal transitions: "Midwifery taught me that women deserve thoughtful, evidence-based alternatives during birth, and that same level of care is just as essential in midlife. Perimenopause and menopause are pivotal transitions physically, emotionally, and socially, yet many women reach this stage with limited guidance and evolving information. Midlife care is an opportunity not just to react to symptoms, but to reframe health, restore clarity and confidence, and help women feel like their best selves during a time of profound change."

Presence, perspective, and responsibility: "Becoming a mother deepened my empathy and sharpened my perspective as a clinician. Over the years, I’ve also seen how many more women are now actively seeking answers and advocacy compared to when I first started practicing. We owe it to women to meet that need with time, attention, and care that honors who they are. I strive to show up fully, build real relationships, and create space for open, ongoing dialogue."

Grounded in evidence, guided by empathy: "My approach blends evidence-based care with education and deep listening. I want women to understand their bodies, feel supported through every transition, and never feel dismissed or alone. My goal is for each patient to feel seen, informed, and empowered to thrive at every stage of life."
