Book a Visit with Me

Closing the gap: "I came to this work because I’ve seen again and again women in midlife dismissed, overlooked, and diminished when they seek care. I’ve experienced it myself. Midi’s mission immediately resonated with me because it reflects how I practice—promoting listening, validation, and truly individualized care. When patients feel heard and understand what’s happening in their bodies, it leads to empowerment, and better outcomes all around."

From personal to purposeful: "I have been in the nursing field since the early 2000s, and became a nurse practitioner in 2014 after being inspired by the care I received from a nurse practitioner. My path into women’s health began in 2021, when I faced my own confusing symptoms. Even with medical training, I felt overwhelmed, confused, and unheard. That experience pushed me to dig deeper, not just for myself, but so I could better guide other women through similar moments."

Connection first: "I’ve always had a knack for quickly building rapport, and I think of it as breaking the ice so patients can exhale. Once that trust is there, we can focus on what really matters: helping them feel like themselves again."

Care that empowers: "My approach is to help women understand what’s happening in their bodies and how to optimize their quality of life and longevity. Midlife should still be joyful and fulfilling. I’m here to make sure women feel informed, supported, and fully present for themselves and their families."
