Finding answers: "I’ve been a nurse since 2006, serving in both the Air Force and civilian healthcare before becoming a women's health nurse practitioner in 2021. After working in private practice, I found myself wanting to spend more time helping women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and the symptoms that can leave them feeling unlike themselves. I joined Midi because I saw an opportunity to offer the kind of care I believe women deserve—care that listens, asks questions, and looks for answers."

You don’t have to prove anything: "One thing I tell patients all the time is, ‘Don’t apologize for being here. This is what I got dressed for.’ I never want a woman to feel like she has to convince me that her symptoms are real. Whether she’s struggling with sleep, hot flashes, mood changes, libido, or simply not feeling her best, my goal is to develop a relationship where she feels heard, supported, and understood. Together, we’ll figure it out!"

Care built on connection: "Growing up in a military family, serving in the military myself, and moving often taught me how to connect with people quickly and meet them where they are. One of the greatest honors of my career has been caring for multiple generations of the same family—mothers, daughters, and grandmothers who trusted me with their care. That trust means everything to me."

Feeling like yourself again: "Now that I’m in my 40s, I’m navigating many of the same changes my patients are experiencing. They don’t have to prove to me that what they’re feeling is real. I’m passionate about finding thoughtful, individualized solutions—whether that involves hormones, lifestyle changes, or other evidence-based options—so women can feel more like themselves again."
