A full-circle path to women’s health: "I began my nursing career in 2015 in a progressive care unit in Northern Virginia before moving into postpartum and mother-baby care, where I spent over five years supporting women through some of life’s most transformative moments. In 2023, I stepped into an advanced clinical position and transitioned into primary care just outside Raleigh, North Carolina. My passion for women’s health has grown alongside my own life; I used to focus on pregnancy and postpartum to support my friends, and now, as we approach our mid-30s, I’m drawn to perimenopause and menopause so I can continue showing up as a trusted resource."
Care that meets women where they are: "What drew me to Midi was the accessibility. Telehealth makes it easier for women to prioritize themselves and finally address symptoms that often go unheard. I’m inspired every day by the chance to make a real difference, because when women feel their best, that impact ripples outward into their families, workplaces, and communities."
Listening as the foundation: "I’ve learned that care is never one-size-fits-all. Every patient’s experience is unique, and I take time to truly understand their symptoms, concerns, and goals. Together, we build a plan that feels right for them, with clear education and shared decision-making every step of the way."
A space without judgment: "I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard and empowered. My approach is holistic and preventative, always centered on partnership, so each woman can make informed, confident decisions about her health."
