From the ER to women’s health: "I’ve been a nurse since 2011, starting my career in the emergency department where I spent 10 years caring for patients in high-pressure, fast-moving situations. I became a nurse practitioner in 2020 and have since worked in emergency medicine, urgent care, and women’s health. Those experiences taught me how to think quickly, but also how important it is to slow down and truly listen."
Listening changes everything: "One patient I’ll never forget came to me in tears, feeling like no one was listening to her and like she was going crazy. I took the time to sit with her, hear her out, and work together on a plan to help her feel like herself again. That moment reinforced something I carry into every visit: listening is key."
Care that centers you: "Too many women feel overlooked or unheard, especially in midlife. That’s what drew me to Midi’s mission. I approach every patient with the intention of making them feel seen, heard, and supported, because that’s where real healing begins."
Helping you feel like yourself again: "My goal is always to help my patients feel like their best selves. I focus on creating a space where women feel comfortable sharing openly, and then we build a plan together—one that feels realistic, personalized, and empowering."
