A varied path to women’s health: "My clinical background is intentionally broad. I began my career in urgent care before transitioning into family practice, where I spent several years caring for patients across all stages of life. I’ve also worked in occupational health and medicine. That variety has shaped how I show up for patients today—it taught me to stay curious, adaptable, and grounded in real-world care."
Listening when others didn’t: "I’ve always felt drawn to women’s health because women face such unique challenges depending on where they are in life. Over and over, I heard women tell me they felt dismissed, told their fatigue was “normal” or that nothing could be done for their menopausal symptoms. Those conversations stuck with me. At Midi, I finally felt aligned with a mission that prioritizes quality of life and truly listens to women’s concerns."
Care that starts with your story: "My approach to symptom relief always begins with a thorough history. I want to understand what a woman has been through—past experiences, surgeries, and what she’s already tried—before we talk about next steps. Every woman is different, and not everyone wants or is eligible for the same therapies. Listening closely is how we create a plan that actually fits."
Evidence, empathy, and partnership: "At the heart of my care philosophy is partnership. When women feel heard and supported with evidence-based options, real change becomes possible."
