Book a Visit with Me

Following the why: "I started my career as a medical assistant while working toward my nursing degree, becoming a nurse in 2002. Early on, I worked in ICU, as well as pre-op and recovery, gaining a broad view of patient care. When I returned to school for my master’s, my original focus was education, but my thesis on why women weren’t receiving preventative care changed everything. I found that many women were avoiding care because of how they were treated. That realization pushed me to become a practitioner so I could directly improve those experiences. I shifted into women’s and reproductive health and later continued my training in reproductive health and infertility."

Small changes, big impact: "One patient moment that stays with me was prescribing vaginal estrogen to a woman who had been struggling with intimacy for years. It was a simple, low-risk treatment. When she came back a few months later, she told me it had changed her life. Moments like that are both rewarding and motivating—they remind me how often women’s concerns are overlooked, and how meaningful it is to truly address them."

Listening as care: "My philosophy is simple: listen closely and understand how symptoms are affecting a woman’s daily life. I want every patient to feel heard and to know their concerns matter."

Peeling back the layers: "Midlife symptoms are rarely just one thing. I take a step-by-step approach, prioritizing what we can improve first and building from there. It takes patience, but the goal is always the same—helping women feel better and fully enjoy their lives again."
