Rooted in women’s health: "I became a nurse practitioner in 2014 after graduating from the University of Washington, and since then I’ve been caring for women through some of life’s most meaningful transitions. For the first decade of my career, I focused on pregnancy, birth, and lactation—work that grounded me in the importance of trust, education, and showing up fully for each patient."
Growing into midlife care: "As I’ve grown in my own life, I’ve naturally shifted into supporting women in midlife. I understand firsthand how important it is to feel seen and supported during this transition, and I strive to offer the kind of care I would want for myself. That perspective shapes every visit."
Conversation as partnership: "My approach centers on shared decision-making. While this universal experience is a natural process, that doesn’t mean unpleasant symptoms should be endured. I believe women deserve clear, thoughtful, evidence-based information about their options: the benefits, the risks, and everything in between, so I can support them to arrive at a decision that truly fits their life."
Care that meets you where you are: "At Midi, I’m inspired by our mission to bring more awareness to perimenopause and menopause. I start by listening closely, then focus on what’s most impactful, working with each patient to manage symptoms and support overall wellness in a way that feels realistic and empowering."
