Starting in women’s health: "I began my career as a nurse in 2018, working on the hospital floor before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2022. From the start of my career, I’ve focused entirely on women’s health, caring for patients in a nonprofit clinic where I gained a lot of experience in annual exams, screenings, and hormone therapy."
Filling a real gap: "I was drawn to Midi because I saw how often hormone therapy and menopause care were overlooked. Too many women struggle to access the support they need, and I wanted to be part of making this care more available and easier to navigate."
Listening and taking action: "One patient’s experience has stayed with me: she came in with clear perimenopausal symptoms but had been passed from provider to provider without real answers. That moment reinforced how important it is to truly listen and address what’s right in front of us. Now, I make sure every patient feels heard and that their symptoms are taken seriously from the start."
Care as a partnership: "I prioritize what my patients are feeling and work with them to decide on a plan that fits their goals. Whether we’re talking through symptoms or exploring treatment options, it’s always a shared decision, built around what matters most to them."
