Rooted in advocacy: "I’ve worked in healthcare since 2014, beginning my career in critical care, where I built a strong clinical foundation and learned how to stay calm, thoughtful, and thorough in complex situations. That experience eventually led me to women’s health, work that felt more personal and deeply aligned with my values. In 2020, I began working in full-scope women’s health practices, caring for patients across all stages of life, from routine gynecologic care and contraception counseling to pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause."
Listening as clinical skill: "Again and again, I see how often women live with symptoms or concerns for far too long before feeling heard. One patient came to me early in her fertility journey, anxious after receiving confusing information on her own. While nothing initially suggested urgency, her worry mattered. By slowing down, listening closely, and talking through the evidence alongside her emotional experience, we uncovered what was truly going on and created a plan together. I was able to care for her from that first uncertain visit through pregnancy and postpartum — a reminder that when women are heard early, everything can change."
Care without fear or noise: "I was drawn to Midi because midlife women are so often brushed aside, surrounded by misinformation, fear-based messaging, and solutions that don’t serve them. My visits feel like a conversation with a trusted friend. I’ll share what I know, admit when I don’t, and figure things out alongside you — always working toward the best solution for you and your specific situation."
