Whole-person care: "I became a nurse in 2011 and a nurse practitioner in 2017. Since 2017, I’ve worked in family practice, with a focus on chronic care and caring for the whole person. After joining Midi, I brought that same approach to women navigating hormonal transitions. For me, it’s important to look beyond hormones and understand the full picture of what’s affecting a woman’s health and quality of life."
A personal connection: "My own experience with hormonal changes after having children, and feeling dismissed when I sought answers, helped draw me to midlife women’s health. I know how frustrating it can be to feel like something is wrong and not feel heard."
Finding the answers: "I once cared for a woman experiencing unpredictable periods who had tried many different treatments without getting the answers she needed. That experience stayed with me and strengthened my desire to dig deeper, understand the root cause of symptoms, and help women get back to feeling in control of their health."
Partners in care: "I want every patient to feel heard, respected, and seen. I believe care works best as a team effort. My goal is to educate and empower women with practical tools and support so they can better understand their bodies, take an active role in their wellness, and feel confident that they’re on a path toward feeling like themselves again."
