A love for women’s health: "Since 2013, I’ve worked across family and primary care, but women’s health is where I’ve found my purpose. One of my greatest goals is ensuring patients feel truly heard, and women’s healthcare has given me the opportunity to make a real difference, starting with listening."
Advocating from a place of understanding: "After the birth of my last child, I told my provider and several hospital staff members that I wasn’t feeling well. My symptoms were brushed off as ‘just normal’ after having a baby, and I ended up developing serious complications that took far too long to diagnose and treat. I never want another woman to be dismissed by the healthcare system, and I strive to make sure every patient feels truly heard and that no concern goes unaddressed."
Addressing the root cause: "All too often, women’s hormones are overlooked as playing a role in their symptoms, and the root problem goes untreated. Many have been struggling with symptoms and searching for answers for months or even years without relief. My goal is to be the provider who finally connects the dots, so they feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported."
