Book a Visit with Me

A love for women’s health: "I’ve been a nurse since 2013 and became a nurse practitioner in 2021. I started my career in a local family practice office where I cared for patients across the lifespan, from childhood through older adulthood. I loved the continuity of care and getting to know patients as whole people. Over time, living and working in a rural area with limited access to women’s health care, I became especially drawn to supporting women through midlife transitions and deepened my focus in that area before joining Midi."

Listening changes everything: "One patient came to me after being told by multiple providers that she was ‘too young’ for perimenopause and that her symptoms were simply anxiety. She had already tried several SSRIs without relief. After a few visits focused on truly understanding her symptoms and goals, she began to feel like herself again. Her mood, energy, and relationships improved, and she told me it felt like her life had been given back to her."

Care that starts with being heard: "Working at Midi is incredibly meaningful because I’ve been on the patient side of feeling dismissed. That experience stays with me. It inspires me to create a space where women feel fully heard, never rushed, and confident that their concerns matter."

Partnering in women’s health: "My approach is rooted in listening, education, and teamwork. I want patients to understand the ‘why’ behind their treatment plan and feel like active participants in their care. My goal is always to combine evidence-based care with real connection so we can reach the best possible outcomes together."
