A broad clinical foundation: "I’ve been a nurse since 2007 and became a nurse practitioner in 2010. My background includes primary care, adult medicine, and geriatrics, giving me experience caring for patients through many different stages of life. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people with a wide range of health needs and concerns. That broad clinical foundation has shaped the way I practice today, helping me look at each patient as a whole person and understand how different aspects of health can impact overall well-being."

A personal path to women’s health: "My interest in women’s health grew from my own experience with perimenopause. Going through that journey myself gave me a deeper understanding of how much midlife changes can affect a woman’s everyday life, from her physical health and energy to how she feels emotionally. It also gave me a new appreciation for the importance of having access to knowledgeable, compassionate care during this stage and inspired me to become more involved in helping other women navigate similar experiences."

Helping women feel understood: "I feel fortunate to be able to help other women navigate this stage of life. My own experience has made this work especially meaningful to me and allows me to approach each patient with a greater sense of understanding and empathy. I want my patients to feel comfortable talking openly about what they’re experiencing and know that their concerns are being taken seriously. Ultimately, I want every woman I care for to feel heard, supported, and confident in the care she receives and the decisions she makes about her health."
