Book a Visit with Me

Drawn to women’s health: "I became a registered nurse in 2011, and after years in primary care, including time in psychiatric settings and even correctional health, I became a Nurse Practitioner in 2022. I came to Midi because I care deeply about women’s health. I’ve seen how many women push their own health to the back burner, and I wanted to be part of a place where women feel seen, heard, and truly supported."

Moments that make a difference: "One patient, in particular, stayed with me—she’d been living with symptoms for years but had stopped believing anyone would listen. I slowed down, asked more questions, and, together, we built a plan. In that moment, I realized something so important: care is so much more than a diagnosis, it’s about being present and creating space for every woman’s voice."

Partners in care: "I believe in listening without judgment, educating with compassion, and partnering with each woman to make the best choices for her health. For me, midlife care means a whole-person approach—understanding not just symptoms, but goals, lifestyle, and future well-being. Outside of work, I recharge by being with my family, traveling, and savoring quiet moments of reflection—those simple things keep me centered, so I can be fully present for my patients."
