Book a Visit with Me

From critical care to women’s health: "I began my career at Duke University Medical Center in the medical ICU in 2017, and then moved to Cape Fear Valley Hospital where I worked on the rapid response team, handling emergent situations for patients, employees, and even visitors. In 2022, I transitioned into primary and urgent care, and began noticing how women in midlife weren’t getting the support they deserved. This brought me to Midi, where I’m able to prioritize caring for women who have given so much to their communities."

Seeing the gap: “So many of my patients have come to me with perimenopause and menopause concerns, and I’ve seen firsthand that even with referrals to OB/GYNs or functional medicine, there’s still a large gap in care. I’ve taken it upon myself to keep learning, and when I had the chance to deepen that knowledge at Midi, I knew it was exactly where I wanted to be.”

Care continuity matters: "Living in a military town, I often cared for women who had moved countless times and struggled to find consistent support. One woman in particular had shared her concerns at every new clinic, only to move before finding relief. Experiences like hers remind me how crucial continuity of care really is—and how valuable it is that Midi’s telehealth model allows women to get ongoing, personalized support no matter where they live or what their circumstances are."
