Personal experience and professional passion: “I’ve been a Nurse Practitioner for 12 years, following 10 years of experience as a nurse in OB/GYN. My own journey into midlife health started earlier than expected: after having my first and only child at 36, I began noticing perimenopausal changes in my late 30s. That personal experience connects me with my patients, deepening my understanding of what they may be feeling.”
A space to feel heard: “What excites me about working at Midi is creating a safe space where women can openly talk about their symptoms and how they fit into their unique lifestyles. I love that Midi makes this possible: giving women the time, attention, and support they deserve. Every woman’s journey is different, and I want my patients to feel comfortable, validated, and empowered as we navigate their care together.”
Collaborative care for real results: “My approach is simple: listen first, then create a plan that fits. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, so I work with my patients as a team, developing treatments that prioritize their needs and lifestyle. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing women reach their goals—whether that’s feeling better, breaking free from stigma, or simply living the life they want without limitations.”
