A path rooted in experience: "I’ve worked as a nurse since 2000, beginning my career in the hospital setting in labor and delivery, OR, and the post-anesthesia care unit. Those early years gave me a deep appreciation for the full spectrum of women’s care, from high-intensity moments to quiet recovery and healing. I became a nurse practitioner focused on women’s health in 2014, and have since worked in women’s health and primary care, supporting patients through every stage of life."
Caring for the caregivers: "I was drawn to women’s health because I saw such a clear need. Women are so often the ones caring for everyone else, and they deserve that same level of attention and support in return. That belief continues to guide how I show up for my patients each day."
A moment that stays with me: "I once heard from a friend that someone I had cared for said, ‘she saved my life.’ I will never forget that. It’s a reminder of the impact we can have when we truly see and support the person in front of us."
Listening as care: "My approach is simple, I truly listen. When patients feel heard, they feel cared for, and that’s where good care begins. I take the time to understand what each woman is experiencing so we can find the right path forward together."
