Prevention first: "I began my nursing career in 2005 after attending the University of Maine. I later moved to Colorado, where I spent 10 years working in intensive care and another four years in pediatric care. Those experiences shaped how I see health—I witnessed how many serious conditions could be prevented with earlier support, education, and access to care. That perspective led me to become a nurse practitioner in 2018."

Thoughtful, attentive care: "Throughout my career, I’ve been especially drawn to caring for underserved populations. Some of the most meaningful moments in my work have come from volunteering in women’s health clinics in Texas and participating in international medical mission trips. These experiences reinforced my belief that everyone deserves thoughtful, attentive care, no matter their circumstances, and they continue to inspire how I show up for my patients every day."

Care across the life span: "My work as a nurse practitioner has included family practice, caring for patients across the lifespan with a focus on women’s health, as well as time in psychiatric care. That combination has deepened my appreciation for how interconnected mental, physical, and emotional health truly are, especially during midlife."

Supporting your healthiest self: "I believe feeling well is about more than treating symptoms. Nature, regular physical activity, and good nutrition play a powerful role in overall health, and I enjoy helping patients find realistic ways to incorporate these into their lives. My approach to care is collaborative and grounded in listening—together, we create a plan that reflects how you feel and supports you in becoming your best, healthiest self."
