
Melissa Waters is the Chief Marketing Officer of Midi Health, one of the nation’s fastest-growing virtual care platforms for women in midlife, where she oversees brand, creative, communications, social, and performance marketing. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading marketing teams for high-growth consumer technology and marketplace companies, including Upwork, Lyft, Hims & Hers, Meta, and Pandora. Melissa’s career has been characterized by leading emerging, category-defining brands that have profoundly changed consumer behaviors, from the adoption of digital music, to ridesharing, telemedicine, new ways of working, and social media.
She is a longstanding volunteer with Monday Night Mentorship, a career accelerator for marketers of color, and a senior advisor of Sesame, a healthcare marketplace for uninsured Americans and those with high-deductible plans. She has received a number of industry recognitions, including Adweek’s Marketing Vanguard, Campaign US Inspiring Women, Fast Company’s Most Creative People, and San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business.
Melissa holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA with honors in public relations and journalism from the University of Houston.
