Book a Visit with Me

A career shaped by connection: "I began my nursing career in 2010 and became a nurse practitioner in 2020, stepping into practice at the start of the pandemic. My path has taken me through labor & delivery, postpartum care, NICU, hospice, case management, neurodevelopmental pediatrics, sexual assault nursing, and primary care, including addiction medicine. Across every setting, one thing has remained constant for me: the importance of meeting patients where they are and caring for the whole person."

Drawn to midlife care: "I joined Midi because I’ve always loved women’s health and felt deeply connected to the mission of supporting women in midlife. Life is demanding, and women deserve to feel their best while navigating work, family, and personal transitions. I also relate personally to many of the concerns my patients bring, which makes this work especially meaningful. I believe healthcare should be accessible and never cost prohibitive, and I’m proud to be part of a model that expands access to care."

Listening as medicine: "My care philosophy is simple: be present and listen. Some of my most fulfilling moments happen when patients who previously felt dismissed leave feeling truly seen and heard for the first time. When patients feel respected and understood, we can build trust and make real progress together."

Care as collaboration: "When patients come to see me, we start by identifying their goals. I tailor treatment plans to fit their individual needs, values, and lifestyles. I believe collaborative care empowers patients to make informed decisions and creates a strong therapeutic relationship, one where patients feel confident, supported, and actively involved in improving their quality of life."
