From critical care to prevention: "I began my career in 2017 working in intensive care, where I learned how important it is to see the whole person—not just the problem in front of you. Over time, I felt drawn toward prevention and long-term wellbeing, which led me back to school. I transitioned into family care, caring for patients across the lifespan. That experience shaped how I think about health as something that evolves with us."
Seeing women struggle—and stepping in: "I was drawn to menopause and perimenopause care after seeing so many women struggle with symptoms and feel frustrated by a lack of clear options or support. I knew I wanted to help change that. At Midi, I collaborate closely with patients to find evidence-based, symptom-focused care that truly fits their lives."
Care as a conversation: "The most meaningful moments for me are when patients feel genuinely heard and involved in their care. Whether it’s starting hormone therapy or finding a sustainable approach to weight loss, improving quality of life is incredibly rewarding. I meet patients where they are, listen carefully, explain the evidence behind each option, and support them in choosing what feels right for them."
Practicing what I preach: "I love that Midi makes great care more accessible and values holistic health. It also allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance—so I can truly model the stress management, sleep, and connection I encourage in my patients."
