Rooted in primary care: "I began my healthcare career in 2011, working in several different areas both inpatient and outpatient including critical care, the OR, and oncology before transitioning to family care in 2022. I have worked mainly in primary care and have obtained additional experience in addiction medicine."
Drawn to whole-person medicine: "As a Primary Care Provider, I often found that visits were too short to truly dive into the preventative steps that make a long-term difference, like lifestyle changes and hormone optimization. I was drawn to Midi because it allows me to focus on disease prevention rather than focusing mainly on reactive treatments. It's wonderful to be able to help women feel better while also reducing their future health risks. Midi’s approach aligns with my own philosophy when caring for patients and that is rooted in safety, science, and looking at the big picture, as all of our health issues are connected."
Moments that resonate: "Some of the most meaningful moments in my work come when patients open up about how unhappy they feel in their own skin, whether due to weight changes, mental health struggles, or symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. My goal is to create a safe space where no question or concern is considered 'TMI.' Every patient has a unique story, and I feel honored to be part of their journey toward feeling healthy and whole again."
My approach to care: "Honesty and transparency are at the heart of my practice. I take a 'bird’s-eye view,' and ask a lot of questions in order to offer the safest, most effective treatment options that align with patient-specific concerns and goals. Welcome to Midi and thank you for trusting me with your care."
